I have a Discount Code. How do I use it?

If you have a discount code you can apply it to your purchase in the moment you confirm your order, just prior to making your payment. Make sure you type your code in the correct box, and click the ‘update’ button in order to make sure your discount code is applied to your order correctly. Please, take into account, that you can only apply one discount code per order.

Please check the terms and conditions applicable the discount code before use.

How do I know if my order is in process?

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card, debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro) or PayPal. Due to security, if you choose PayPal to make your payment, you may not be able to make any modification to the delivery address.

Why was my credit or debit card rejected?

Your card may be rejected for a variety of reasons such as:

  1. Incorrect submission of card information, make sure you double check.
  2. Your card may have expired, please check the validity date.
  3. Maybe you exhausted your card limit, in which case you will have to check with your bank.

Can I Cancel my Order?

Yes, you can cancel before shipping your order by emailing us at Please contact us to cancel your order before shipping.

If you were not able to cancel prior to shipping, and your payment has been processed, then you will have to go to request a return of your product.

Sales Period

With respect to sales and special offers offered by LeFugu, the prices shown in the E-shop, are the updated and valid prices reflecting the corresponding reduction, i.e. the final price, but not including shipping costs. We will always show the previous price and the reduced price according to Law 7/1996, dated January 15, that regulates retail trade.

Why do I need to register on the website?

Once you register, you will not need to introduce your personal data again, only needing to submit email and password the system as the website will have your personal data recorded. Also, in this way you will have access to the ¨Your Account¨ area, where you are able to check your orders, their status and also modify your data.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forgot your password, please go to ‘your account’ and click on ‘I forgot my password’. Enter your email address, and we will send a new password to your email.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are free for all shipments within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain). Being able to surrender by Courrier or Correos.

In the case of shipments to Europe, Islands or Ceuta and Melilla will be free, through the Spanish postal services and parcel service operator Correos and will be certified.
