What shipping costs are applicable to the shipping of purchased products?

Our shipping costs are free for all shipments within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain). Being able to surrender by Courrier or Correos.

In the case of shipments to Europe, Islands or Ceuta and Melilla will be free and certified, through the Spanish postal services and parcel service operator Correos.

Can I send my order as a gift to a third party?

We offer you the possibility to send our products as a gift through our website. Place your order, select the shipping address of the gift, and choose the gift option. You can write a personalized message to the recipient.

What happens if the product is defective or shipped incorrectly?

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately on our email:, detailing your personal information, order number and a description of the issue. We will promptly get in touch with you to solve the issue.


If you choose to return a product ordered on our website, you have 15 calendar days from the receipt of an order.

You can return goods via regular mail or commercial couriers.

If there is a problem for which the user must return the product, the costs associated with that return will be charged, while the costs of shipping the new product will be charged by Lefugu.
