What shipping costs are applicable to the shipping of purchased products?
Our shipping costs are free for all shipments within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain). Being able to surrender by Courrier or Correos.
In the case of shipments to Europe, Islands or Ceuta and Melilla will be free and certified, through the Spanish postal services and parcel service operator Correos.
What happens if my order doesn´t arrive?
Can I send my order as a gift to a third party?
What happens if the product is defective or shipped incorrectly?
You can return goods via regular mail or commercial couriers.
In order to make a return, you must notify us first by emailing us at email@example.com, and we will pick up the product. You also can get in touch with us by phone +34 662 45 02 95.
If there is a problem for which the user must return the product, the costs associated with that return will be charged, while the costs of shipping the new product will be charged by Lefugu.
